Consent and Agreement under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679)

By submitting this registration form, I hereby explicitly consent to Peter Scargill English School ("the School"), located in Poland, processing my personal data provided herein solely for the purpose of course registration, administration, communication, and provision of educational services, as detailed in the School’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. I confirm that I have read, understood, and accept these documents.

I understand that my personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679). I acknowledge that this consent is given freely and voluntarily, without coercion, and that refusal to consent will prevent the School from fulfilling its contractual obligations regarding course enrollment and administration.

I further acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, by contacting the School directly at director.scargill@gmail.com . I am aware of my rights under GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority.

If I am registering on behalf of a minor under the age of 16, I hereby certify that I am the legal guardian or parent of the minor and give explicit consent on their behalf for the processing of their personal data as outlined above and in compliance with GDPR Article 8.
